Bragoon delivers throughout Italy, Europe and the United Kingdom through the most suitable couriers for a fast, widespread and tracked distribution.
We ask you to always provide an address where we can ensure your availability. Your telephone number will be communicated to the courier, as required by the privacy legislation.
Our couriers are: SDA, BRT, UPS, etc.
Shipping costs
Shipments are free throughout Italy, including the islands.
For shipments to other European countries, the rates will be calculated on the shopping cart page at the time of the order.
Delivery times
We generally process the order within 48 hours. Shipping times depend on the place of destination and the courier. It will be our pleasure to inform you via email of the expected delivery times. In the case of orders purchased by bank transfer, shipments are taken over upon receipt of payment (this method may delay the shipment).
Due to the Covid-19 emergency, shipments could be slowed down.
Packaging
We work to try to make our packaging easy to recycle and less polluting as possible. Each Bragoon garment arrives packaged in a recycled cardboard box, contained and protected by a biodegradable postal bag, made of natural resin, with natural glues and ink, certified “OK Compost!”.
You can help us in our commitment to the environment by correctly differentiating the packaging materials once you have received your Bragoon package: dispose the bioplastic mailing bag along with organic waste and the box together with the paper, if you do not decide to reuse it to keep your things in order.
