Those who buy a Bragoon product and are not satisfied, can proceed, within 14 days, to return it, by sending a communication to the email address info@bragoon.com and will be refunded the price paid only if the returned product is intact, in its packaging, with tags and, in any case, not used or worn.

If the conditions are met, any refunds will be made:
– by reversing the payment by credit card or Paypal account;
– by reimbursement to the current account indicated if the product has been paid for by bank transfer.
The reimbursement of the price of the Product will be made, after checking the status of the same, in the manner described above within 14 days from the moment in which Bragoon will receive the goods at the address indicated above.
Products made to measure and / or personalized cannot be returned.
